Grace's journey

The N.I.C.K. Foundation would like to commend Grace Bannon who recently cycled 2,650km around Victoria in order to "strip" the stigma of mental illness. After being personally touched by the effects of mental health, Grace decided to set out on her journey aiming to spread awareness about the impacts of mental illness. Grace completed an incredible 2,650km journey around Victoria and managed to raise over $1,300 towards mental health. The N.I.C.K. Foundation would like to thank Grace for her ongoing support as well as her generous donation towards the foundation.

Resilience at St Bernard's

The N.I.C.K. Foundation returned to St Bernard's with a presentation on Resilience.

Resilience at Lalor North Secondary College

The N.I.C.K. Foundation recently visited students at Lalor North Secondary College to present on Resilience. The presentation facilitated by Board Member, David Buttifant, was very positively received by senior students at the school.

"I would like to just thank you for organising David and Maria to speak to the Lalor North Senior school students. The session covered so many aspects regarding some of important issues our teenagers face. The feedback from all our students and the staff that were present was very positive and they all said that they all took something away-as I did.

David pitched the presentation perfectly to our students which is why he had them engaged throughout the session...The foundation is such an incredibly important one."

Thank you to Lalor North Secondary College for inviting us to present and giving us the opportunity to engage with the students.
